In this introductory section, you will learn why most people are challenged with conflict and how you can turn conflict into a distinct advantage. Conflict doesn't have to be a negative problem.
Section 1: Discovering the Reason Behind Conflict

In this section, you will learn the foundational principles of conflict progression, why it occurs and appears differently in each individual, as well as how to adapt to the vast majority of circumstances.
In this session, we hope to change your paradigm of thought about conflict. We want you to see how it can work for you, rather than against you.Â

Each person has a different approach to conflict. This session will help you understand how perceptions can have a huge impact on how we see and approach issues and individuals.

Section 3a: How to Take the "Edge" off of Conflict
MODULE 4
Did you know that there are very simple steps to de-escalating conflict? In this section, we will provide you with multiple options for stress reduction and a pathway to maximizing the diversity of the ideas and options available to you and your team.

In this session, we will illustrate how you can achieve a positive response from differences of opinion by bringing calm to conflict. De-escalation is the key to getting the most out of conflict and having each party feel good about the results.Â
De-escalating Yourself
This session helps you understand how to de-escalate your emotions while dealing with conflict.
De-escalating Different Styles
Each person's response to conflict requires a different approach to resolution. In this session, we will help you identify how to approach each style and use that approach to your advantage.
Section 3b: How to Turn Conflict into Success with Case Study Examples
MODULE 5
In this section, you will learn how to use a standard or situational approach—based on those involved in the conflict, to succeed in almost every situation. Later, you will be provided with three different office place scenarios that will illustrate the 5 different approaches to dealing with conflict as well as how to handle each situation based on the individuals and circumstances. You will be surprised at how easy the approaches and outcomes can be if you just focus!
Becoming A Collaborative Partner
Becoming collaborative is not always easy with different personalities and demands. In this session, we will identify how you can approach conflict collaboratively and come out a winner on most occasions.Â
Choosing A Style Situationally
When you face different types of conflict you need to know which style is appropriate for the situation. In this lesson, we will illustrate how to choose the right style at the right time.
Case Study 1
Case Study 1 provides a real-world example of one approach to dealing with Conflict.
Case Study 2
Case Study 2 provides an example of a second approach for dealing with conflict.
Case Study 3
Case Study 3 provides a real-life example of the third type of response to conflict.
Case Study 4
In Case Study 4, we will provide you with an additional approach to conflict.
Case Study 5
Case Study 5 provides a real-life example of the 5th approach to dealing with conflict.
Section 3c: The Most Effective Approach and Development Plan-Building to Produce Win-Win Scenarios
MODULE 6
In this final section, you will learn what approach is most effective in 80% of conflictual situations. After, you will be provided with two different exercises to help you apply these principles as well as a guide to building a personal development plan. The goal is to feel confident, prepared, and set up to come out on top!

This session will provide you with the reasons and approaches to becoming collaborative during the conflict process and WHY it is the best place to start.

Now it's time to put what you have learned into action. In this session, we will acquaint you with the necessity of putting what you learned into action.Â
Personal Development Plan
In this session, we will provide you with an approach that will make you 40 times more likely to remember and implement what you have learned. The SMART process will help you deal with conflict, regardless of the style, you must deal with.Â
