Organizational Development Consultant focusing on Construction and Non-Profit Industries
Charles brings the unique capacity of blending his knowledge of people to both businesses and families. For over 40 years, he has owned or managed both residential and commercial construction companies with oversight of many multi-million dollar projects. Charles discovered early in his career the unique challenges that many employees faced when working in this industry. He also found that those challenges directly affected the worker’s performance.
In 1989 he returned to college, earning his Master’s Degree from Reformed Theological Seminary to ensure his employees, as well as other industry connections, had the help they needed to succeed in their work. His focus became to make the worker more productive by assisting him/her through understanding and addressing their strengths and weaknesses so they could become a better worker, leader, spouse, and parent. Over the years, since graduating from RTS, Charles has moved more deeply into his calling of focusing on people more than projects.
Since his 1992 exposure to LifeThrive, Charles studied and implemented parts of the LifeThrive process and observed the impact it had on its clients. In 2015 Charles joined LifeThrive to help add depth to our work in the construction and non-profit industries as well as counseling on a family level. When one considers the thousands of employees he has managed, his 44 years of marriage to Cathy, his children, and grandchildren, it is easy to ascertain the rich dimension Charles brings to LifeThrive.

“What a wonderful change”
What a wonderful change Dr. Wolfe and Dr. Coker made in just two days! Morale immediately improved and our staff suddenly felt vested in our organization, motivated to improve, in control of their own future and indeed enthusiastic about their workplace. . . You took a rather skeptical, frustrated group of professionals and generated hope, focus, and optimism within a very short period.
