Kim’s expertise in psychometrics and the use of personal data goes back over twenty years when he met Dr. Coker. Utilizing the QMQ to better understand employees and salespeople, Kim became a Certified Lifethrive Professional in the process. Those same skills are now being used to serve the financial services industry.
Kim sold his share of a retirement planning practice so that he could devote more time and energy to his seminar marketing company which he founded in 2003. Kim’s practice brought in over $150,000,000 in assets under management in just 6 years. His marketing company has produced over 15,000 public seminars for insurance, securities and legal professionals. He has presented over 800 seminars to over 17,000 attendees in his own seminars. He wrote “84 Prospecting Ideas for Financial Advisors” and has contributed over 120 articles to financial industry print and online publications.
Kim is now focusing his energy and resources on coaching financial professionals utilizing psychometrics as a foundation for personal development. Seminars For Less (seminarsforless.com) is now in the capable hands of Kim’s wife, Carol.
