Peter has worked with leaders and their teams on three continents achieving breakthrough solutions that have had a lasting effect on new product innovations, increased productivity, and organizational culture. He held significant leadership roles in the Hi-Tech sector from the mid-1970s to the mid-1990s and was a member of the Intel negotiating team which agreed the most significant inward investment to the Republic of the island since its foundation as an independent state.
He is often seen as a “Polymath” in the area of leadership development having worked with both public and private sector organizations including a major UK builder, the Beijing Nuclear Power authority, many financial institutions in the Channel Islands as well as multinational manufacturers. In the past ten years, he has worked with European technology-based startups specializing in ground transport provision. He is currently a director of a Spanish start-up and is advising on potential management buy out of another company in this sector
When he works with organizations his deep experience in working with Psychometric tools, a multiplicity of 360-degree interventions, and in particular his knowledge of cultural change via values-driven initiatives is significant.
He has maintained his contact with Silicon Valley development professionals over many years and is well versed in significant developments such as the OKR objective setting culture now used by Google worldwide.
